Rolls

milk; Scalded: 2 cups

butter: 2 tablespoons

sugar: 2 tablespoons

eggs; beaten: 1

yeast; .5cup

Water .5tsp

Sugar: 2 teaspoons

flour: 4 cups

Mix ingredients together

Put in greased bowl and let rise until it doubles in size, punch down and let rise 1/2 hour.

Roll out, buttering the inside of each roll

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
