ground beef: 1 pound

cheese: 1 pound

tortilla shells:

olives: 1 can

lettuce:

sour cream:

guacamole:

Brown ground beef and onion

add canned ingredients: enchilada sauce, tomato soup, and green chilis

bring to a boil
